The 3D design gives the chair a comfortable seat and sense of lightness as all edges are pointing away from the user. The simple and clean chair design offers an uncluttered look that with its possibility for fully upholstery in any fabric or leather, is perfectly suited for the private home or commercial space where individuality and unique pieces of furniture are sought for.
The GUBI Chair has won several prestigious design awards and is included in the permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
